I don't think there is any problem with inapropriate clothes/armor in RO. Did you ever try playing any of those Korean MMORPG's?

In a couple of games of Munchkin I've chased after 'sex change' curses just so I could wear the chainmail bikini. It's a +3 bonus! PLUS THREE! Slap an "of doom" modifier on it and you're laughing.

RO is not the worst, but I will never wear level 60 warlock tunic.
