I had been using lvl 4 DS recently, but lately reskilled for lvl 3 and I can confirm, what You said. There is definitely something wrong with DS at lvl 3 and 5. I had no big problem (acceptable rate with concentration bow) on DS lvl 4.

I've always used it 2-3 never had a problem with it. I'd give it 7/10 success.
Now, I dropped it to try a different setup.I'll try it again sometime

Yeah, they resist me DS a lot of times witouth enemy's buffs :S
