Default Regnum crashes constantly (64bit Arch Linux)

Hi everyone,

I can't start regnum online anymore, although it worked fine before. I suspect it may be related to my recent dowgrade to LTS kernel (and accompanying nvidia LTS driver package). I have linux-lts 3.0.27 and nvidia-lts 295.40 packages installed .

It shows the login screen, and after I login, main game window just shows for a moment and disappears, and then I get SIGSEGV.

aha! now you know what im talking about, kinda pisses me nowadays,. and ngd doesnt even take care about it-- believe me it will be a total rip off on the next merge. Its not fun & funny anymore if we continue experiencing this.

You downgraded to 3.0.27 and 295-40... when my system is at most at 3.0.0-19 and 295-20 (edge of Ubuntu x64, without experimental ppa). OMG!

And it works fine (well, yesterday it worked; today is Haven's wait)

The trace of dump seems to display C++ decorated names mixing with libc, and talking about the shader.

Did you try to either:
* reinstall from fresh Regnum (dropping your settings)
* find the file with your settings and remove it, so as to recreate it

just some basic suggestions.

It's crashing querying OpenGL Vendor String. Does glxinfo work for you?

@Forgeon: latest kernel broke my wireless network: link, and I'm too lazy to apply the patches myself to get it working again, so I'll wait until it lands in 3.4.
