Magna Weapons:
I think you will be able to keep what you have. Just new weapons will be there for you to choose once you gather ingots again.

Warmaster Powers:
This could be rather interesting, considering that hunters skills are still unknown.

Skill/Dicipline Redistribution:
Will we get more skills points and less dicipline points?
Will all classes have the same amount of points now?
Will it cost skill points to level up warmaster skills?

Instancing:
Will you have some quests that we can repeat over and over without cap on how many times per day?
Will this involve spawning of monsters or teleporting of players to a new area?

Let's see what happens.

My understanding of RvR instances are more like Battlegrounds in WoW where teams have missions such as Capture the Flag, gathering resources, defending bases etc. For PvP it would be more like Arena's. Who knows, maybe NGD will come up with something original.

It would be nice if we had a set of daily quests for these instances.

after reading ngd's comment on the instances, it sounded alot like neverwinter night's arena-like ^.^ when they spoke of team vs team arenas, i thought hmmm a teleport npc for team one and a teleport npc for team two? ^.^ that would be fun

NGD has the knack of coming out with twists to the plot that nobody foresaw or even had an inkling.

For this reason I am going to wait with subdued interest and observe as it all plays out.

I meant the general rock spawn rate, sorry.

I recently rode through every corner of ignis at 3 am in the morning on tuesday which took me 30 minutes. I found 3 rocks, inlcuding 2x 1 magna.
And I wonder whether this was only bad luck due to another collector.

More players → less rocks for one player. Server fusion → more players. The conclusion is up to you. :P

Guessing it was, there are never many around after an invasion either I mean I get 10 mags then log out, usually only takes 20 min or so but if someone else has been around it takes a lot longer.

3DMark 2001 :


So unfortunately a big part of the current game graphics is not even matching this yet melts moderns computers, at the very least concerning grass and trees...

Old house/cities models were nearly above 3DMark 2000 (and yet...) but still requiring a lot of power though...




Now let's say we're approaching 3DMark 05/06 ^^

The problem is in colliders, lights, polygons and meshes. When they are not used correctly, even a room of boxes can give you 10-15 fps

And RO is the game, where object physics is not used at all. You can say that RO has a gravity, but that a simple script attached to character (I mean, not any kind of computing is done for other kind of objects even and RO has low FPS)

Once again, NGD's lacking in graphics optimization.
