Still not working

Ok, since the last update I cannot play. I reported my issue here:

and it seems to have been lost in all the other reports. I am still having issues and have offered remote access to my system to NGD. What else do you need? Are there any suggestions so I can play?

Here is the summary:
I can log into the game. On the character select screen I see the characters name and can toggle between the characters. I cannot see anything else on the screen, all black. I select the character and the game loads. I can bring up my inventory and can see my spell bar. The compas and map work. I cannot see my character or any terrain. I'm open to suggestions and again the offer for remote access is available.

I had this problem too, I fixed it by going to high settings. I don't know why, but if I use low or mid settings everything is fully or partially gone. I'm guessing some OpenGL users who can't select high settings have no ability to play at all right now, as I've seen similar issues posted in other threads...

I'm also guessing that nothing anyone posted in the other thread has helped you, so we can start from the top...

What's your computer like, and your settings? Video card, Driver version etc?

System is Win 7 Professional SP1
Intel i7-2760QM @240GHz
8GB RAM
64-bit
NVIDIA NVS 4200M

I've turned settings up and then back down. Still no luck. Anything specific more than happy to find and post.

Are your video drivers up to date?

Turn Vsync off, Antiantiliasing (or smth) and that other one with a similar name as well. And FXXA as well. Helped for me!

No change... Tried all of those. Set quality to lowest for everything, then to highest, no change.
