Port range

Does anybody know the port range of RO cause i have a network for my internet and it sucks when people starting to do buffering(youtube, skype etc) and the game starting to get high ping and super lagging and i cant play good. any advice is much appreciated

Don't do it! People will suddenly increase resisting your spells, while you will resist nothing.
Checked recently. There is huge difference between having average ping at 90 and 150ms.
