Default E-Mail Change

How can I go about getting the e-mail address changed for my Regnum support website account (http://www.championsofregnum.com/support), when the domain no longer offers e-mail services; so I cannot get the confirmation e-mail? I have tried to contact tech support by opening tickets, but have got no reply. I have also tried e-mailing NGD Studios (I have enclosed a copy below), also receiving no reply. So I am trying to reach out through these means and see if I can get in contact with someone. It has proven impossible to reach anyone externally any other way. So please get back to me when you get a chance, and let me know what I need to do. Thank you for your time, and have a wonderful morning.

Hey!

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with logging in.

The support crew can help you changing you're email, so you were doing the right thing by sending a ticket. Unfortunately the process of answering can take a few days because of the many tickets they receive. Also tickets are only answered on weekdays, this is also a reason why it is taking so long as you sent your ticket on Friday (just before the weekend).

Please send me a forum PM with your ticket ID, it can be found just above your ticket and should look something like: ABC-123456, and we will help you as quickly as we can.

I also suggest you edit your email adress and details out of your post. Never know who's watching that might abuse this info...
