Blimp on Ra Server

I noticed last night that, right outside of Altaruk, there is an airship that looks a lot like the one in the newbie zone. I am curious what it is for, and whether or not it is on Haven as well.

I tried posting a picture of it, but I'm having trouble with adding images on here today.

There is 2 dragon wishes for accessing enemy realms' dragons. This airship has one or two NPCs next to it, which allow you to make a party of 15 people for enemy dragon raid.

It's the blimp that turns players into zombies.

Seriously... When there is one in Ra, you just see a bunch of players standing around it all day. Like zombies.

I noticed that, everyone camping that thing. And still, a LOT of people fighting in the war zone.
