Dispell and Reveal Hidden

Knights have a dispell capability correct? If so, are they able to dispell all positive buffs? For example:

An archer has Acrobatic, Spell Elude, and SoW - this should be able to be dispelled. Actually, any positive enhancement a player puts on themselves should be able to be dispelled.

Another need is a reveal hidden skill.

I like the reveal hidden idea. This would be ideal for a support class.
