Hmm... according to this, forwarding UDP ports trough tsocks should be possible. This is very strange.

Yeah, thought about that a bit.. Im not really in this materia but try to find a solution that encapsulates your whole traffic through one tcp or udp connection as you can do with http://openvpn.net/..

With OpenVPN, you can:
* tunnel any IP subnetwork or virtual ethernet adapter over a single UDP or TCP port

that could help if you could get it run on your fathers Server, but its a bit work to configure i think..
