i guess go to options and put donwload al resources at once(i might be wrong)

That shouldn't be necessary. If you can't update the server is probably down for maintenance or it crashed.
I had on a windows computer also that it kept downloading ROLauncher.exe over and over. I solved it by copying the ROLauncher.exe form a map called SelfUpdate to the root directory of RO.
