Connection to Autopatch Server failing, please help!

Okay, well, when i bring up the Regnum Online Login thing, the first thing that comes up says "Unable to open requested HTML document: http://regnummorpg.com/launcher/ro_eula.php?lang=eng". But i just ignore that and click on the "OK" button. Then i click the accept button (The one right before you log in) So i log in.. But then it says "Connection to autopatch server failed" And i already tried to ping the numbers from some recent advice, but it said it was unable to find whatever... Please help! (And i already checked firewalls, it is not being blocked by firewalls)
