Well Horus, is English based, international server. While Ra is Spanish based, international. There are English speakers on both, so the choice is yours.
Horus has a higher ratio of English conversing however. The realm is entirely up to you, i can't really say anything to influence your choice. Just choose whichever surroundings or races you prefer.

On the warlock vs hunter thing... well... it has a simple answer: they are both very different even in the most basic ways, but the choice is about your style of play. Hunters are pretty hindered at war but they are still useful at some excent, same holds true for warlocks in hunts.
It also has an extended answer Hunters have pets, tracking skills, camouflage and passive speed wich eneables them to know where enemies are, stalk and escape nearly any situation, in addition to being the fastest class of the game BUT, although they don´t lack firepower, they do considerably less damage than other classes and depend a lot more in planing, skills and wits to win or escape a fight. Warlocks are kind of problematic. On one hand, they have some really badass skills that can turn the tides of a battle, but on the other hand, they are pretty damn weak, and often target of most players due to the enormous danger they represent, and also, cause they are among the easiest to kill. Soft targets are always likely to fall first, but with a good timing a few warlocks can declare a battle finished. Well, I think that pretty much covers it :P |

Like they said. Choose the realm you feel more atracted to. Wood land full of elves. Desert with semigigants and dark elves. Mountain full of goatmen and dwarves. And also that boring human race in all of them XD EDIT: Also I'll try to give a quick overview about the other classes: Knight: They block, resist, and pretty much take any kind of punishment you can lay without a sweat. However, their offensive capabilities are very low. How is this good you ask?. In Regnum Online you must think about the team. A knight can easly run trough a sea of enemies and stun, dizzy and pretty much confuse the back lines (Mostly archers and mages), thus destroying the enemy formation and allowing a easy wipe. Knights can also play in the back as supporters, protecting the casters from enemies and pumping up all allies with some great defensive auras. Marksmen: While they lack the huge area blasting spells of the mage, marksmen are more agile and can evade a lot of strikes. They hit HARD, and can take out enemies quickly, mostly 1 by 1. A fast thiking marks can also turn the tide of a battle by knocking down, paralizing, weakning, and killing specific targets. They need practice, beacause even when they do have more endurance than mages, they consume their mana very fast and sometimes get caught off guard. Barbarian: A battle wouldn't be a battle without 10 of them running around. Barbarians, warrios wearing leather and swinging HUGE weapons in the air are the hearth of Regnum. Barbarians can't dodge and resist very much, they don't have good defense, and no distance abilites. BUT: If a barb can get close enough it can bury anythinkg with a packed punch. Their tradition of quick feet and critical strikes (wich are already damn strong without crit...) lay waste on those who fail to stop their stampede. Barbarians carry a horn they can blow to call the "Onslaught", the skill that opens most battles, giving everyone a speed bonus for the first charge. Conjurer: Doctor House is in the field. They can heal, revive, refill mana, cast tremendous useful areas of healing and mana regeneration... but they are as weak as warlocks. But as I said, they are like Doctor House, go mess with them you'll get the stick!. While conjurers don't posses much of offensive magic, they can summon demons and other creatures to aid them. Is not the best in battle since they consume most of their mana, but when given no choice, the doctor becomes a monster.
