It didn't work.
It keeps downloading libjpeg62.dll. Why does it do that?

if he change the PATH varible can work?
PD: lo escribo en español por que no se como decirlo: si cambia el valor de la varible PATH o alguna que busque las dll (no se si alguna varible de entorno lo hace) para que busque primero en la del juego puede funcionar? EDIT: sorry i write this in spanish because i dont know how to explain it in english, meaby surak can translate it (please  )

Any progress here? Is it still downloading libjpeg62? Are you using any software that can be modifying that file? (Maybe you have a virus?)

I ran virus scan and it was fine. Nothing has worked so far.

That file could be modified by Windows System Restore (Microsoft automatic virus reinstaller). The System Restore will always restore a dll that it thinks has be corrupted or deleted so without stopping it renaming or deleting dll is almost imposable. Try turning it off by:
1. Click Start. 2. Right-click the My Computer icon, and then click Properties. 3. Click the System Restore tab. 4. Check "Turn off System Restore" or "Turn off System Restore on all drives" 5. Click Apply. 6. When turning off System Restore, the existing restore points will be deleted. Click Yes to do this. 7. Click OK.
