hmm I'm ambidexterous (or whatever the correct spelling is) so i can use either way but i prefer playing a laptop and find it much easier to use my left hand on the touchpad and the arrow keys to move. I use right ctrl to toggle comat mode, Q for auto run and E for run walk. Everything else is default.

Let me reiterate that I'm only interested in the keybindings of people who use the mouse in their left hand.

I've been forced to use the mouse with my right hand by ergonomics and software settings so long that I can now switch hands and play perfectly fine. That said, I have a Wolfking Warrior gaming keyboard (I bought it because I have a laptop, and you know how fragile those keyboards are), which forces me to use my right hand for FPS and the like.
If I had a normal (disposable) keyboard, I would bind: basic movement keys: wasd --> ijkl strafe left and right: qe --> uo rest: y show health bars: ñ (next to "l", YMMV in non-latam keyboards. Otherwise you can map it to [space]) toggle walk/run: h I never tried that, though. I don't know if you can safely bind "o" without opening the options window.

The wolfking warrior is really nice, and I wish they had a mirrored one. The most left hand friendly one I can find, and one I've been considering buying is the X7 G100
Incidentally it's one of the cheapest too.

Before I posted this thread my setup was as follows:
Arrow keys, forward, back, turn left/right Del strafe left, PGDN strafe right End autorun, Home walk/run Ins rest, PGUP shownames Right ctrl warmode Then I used my little finger on numpad 0 and 1, the only two keys I could properly reach in a panic situation. Before mouselook I used the mouse exclusively to cast spells, but after mouselook I found myself controlling my movement with the mouse instead, leaving only two spells able to be used. But since making this thread and cursing NGD a lot for hardcoding numpad, I started thinking why the hell shouldn't I be able to use numpad? And the answer was, of course I should! So I decided to remap my keyboard. The numpad contains 17 keys, that gave me 6 movement keys and 10 spell slots and one unused key that I can't reach (KP_2). It's still a little rough learning the new controls but I feel like so much more potential has opened up for me.

I am left handed too
left arrow - left right arrow -right up- forward down -back delete -strafe left pgdn - strafe right left ctrl- attack mode I use no key for rest I just click through on hot bar don't use run walk so it is left on C which is bound to something else. Don't really care as I almost never walk anyway. Everything else is handled with the mouse. I am so badly left handed that it is actually faster to click through. My right hand is a spare. Artec |

ARROWS: move
HOME: strafe left END: strafe right SHIFT: combat mode CTRL: rest ALT: auto run I like it because I can hit any of the numpad keys with my pinky. The only time I have to move my hand is for auto run (thumb is just barely not long enough). |
