Skills - Mage
I've tested alot of these already but pretty hard to conclude them. I was wondering...
1. Does Concentration effect Staff Mastery (Normals/Crits) and how... 2. Does Intelligence effect Spells (Meteor, Fireball etc.) and how... 3. Does Hit Chance effect Staff Mastery (Normals/Crits) ... Would be of great help if someone knew the answers to these. Please, don't reply if you are unsure, I've gotten enough "I think..." from people. Answering one or two out of the three questions would also be appreciated. Big Thanks! |

Im afraid 'I think' and 'We think' is all most people can realy give, we dont know exactly how Int effects spells or if Conc makes any noticable differerance to ... anything.
The best Idea would be to test it yourslef and see what you think, try spells with/without the dragon blood passive, try SM hits with/without the conc buff (forget the name) and decide for yourself. Personally, Int on a mage I like just for the mana/mana regen even if Ive never tested if it realy effects spell damage or likelyhood to land, conc I wouldent trust since hit chance is totaly messed up.
