Yo, reporting another graphical bug

Yo,

This seems to be happening when I log on regnum when it's night:

The lights are wrong, it's too bright to be night.

5 minutes later it finnaly fixes itself:

I think this might help to find out what is the problem:

Also I can no longer take screenshots in full screen, they appear to be black:
