One more question. What if different players have the same char names in Raven and Horus. So will be allowed to take a real name?

and in another thread frosk said you cant use names that are used before..

So if my name is changed to Winter Mage (Horus)

Due to the nature of the merge, character names will include a suffix of the server they came from. After the new server is online, all users logging in will have free name change scrolls on their characters. Using these, you will be able to rename your character, or keep your existing name and remove the suffix.
Clan names will also receive the suffix, and the same rules for impersonation will apply.

Can I make my new name anything I want?
Anything within the rules of the game, yes. Regular naming rules will apply. We also ask that our players employ common courtesy and don’t attempt to steal the name of another active player. Should this happen, if that person attempts to impersonate the original holder of that name, disciplinary actions will be taken.
If you find someone has begun impersonating you, please contact the in-game support.

The one that changes the name first will have it for himself/herself.

Obviously this won't be allowed if, and only if, someone intentionally tries to impersonate someone.

In case you have 2 acc's from Horus and Raven named, for example, "Frosk", and they both have the same exact username and password, the characters (accounts) won't be merged.

You'll still be able to select which referrer you wish to log in with (NGD Studios or GameSamba). This way both accounts won't act as one, like I've wrongly said before.

This also means that you won't be able to select characters from different realms in the same character selection screen, and of course, you won't be able to pass items from one realm to another through the account stash.

Note that a different thing will happen with those accounts from Gamigo, and that's why the initial confusion started. :P
For more info on that, I recommend those who have accounts over there to contact a Gamigo GM so you can have more precise info on it.

Anyway, I hope this was clear enough, as the same system as always will apply, with the only difference that instead of seeing Horus or Raven after picking up a referrer, you'll always see Haven in the Server selection menu.

I notice you closed my thread but didnt answer my questions... you just passed me off to off some link with different info on it

My accounts are different, i dont care about that.....

I dont want to multi realm, I dont want to be forced to fight friends when things are boring in one realm BUT i still want the characters i 'paid' and worked hard for.

So..... let those who wish........ to have just 1 - ONE realm

Realm change scroll is a neccessity now. Please don't ignore it NGD, it'll cause alot of stress on players if something like this isn't implemented.

People are tired of losing the ability of playing characters or be forced with multirealming. We had the same exact problem when character transfers were added.
