people will not recognize you as a linux clan. they won't recognize you as an international clan. because nothing in the name suggest linux and nothing suggest international. nothing suggests anything regnum related either.

it just suggest that you liked a film. so if you want a clan for people who like the film, you're all set. if you don't, your just wasting the most powerful tool: the name

Last I checked, having every clan name directly describe the make-up of the group was a non-requirement and would be ridiculously boring. It's not a clan's responsibility to make sure everyone knows what they are about. Rather, it's the player's to seek out a clan that suits them. Asking around on the forums would probably be the best way to do so. Who honestly wants to walk around with the Clan name "Regnum_International_Linux_PopCultureReferencesDi sallowed"?

Yeah, you're absolutely right. It is the duty of the customer to go and search for a candybar he likes most. That's why noone ever invented commercials and businesses would never pay big amounts of money to find names that get the message across in as many languages as possible.

It's the users who need the clans not the clans that need the users. Your totally right. That's why users would never make their own clan. They depend on the existing ones.
