Hola a todos, me doy cuenta que no soy la única con este mismo problema, me pasa todo lo que describen, el disco del pc colapsó y me instalaron windows 10, con 7 no ocurría nada de esto, ¿ a ti se te arregló Climene?, el técnico viene en un par de horas, ¿me meto al experimental y hago todo eso que indica Adrian?, por favor respóndanme, hace una semana que no puedo jugar.

para que mando ticket, si ya se tiene claro que el problema radica en windows 10, confío en Kailer que lo arreglará pronto, gracias por la ayuda.

Buenas, a mí me pasa lo mismo. Tengo una notebook MSI con una Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 2Gb pero sólo me reconoce la placa integrada, tanto usando el cliente experimental como el normal. Forzando al juego para que arranque con la placa dedicada desde el driver de Nvidia tampoco funciona.

Perdon por meterme en el post pero consulto por aca asi de paso si el problema es el mismo que se trata aqui nos ahorramos.armar otra discusion. Tengo una placa de video geforce gtx1050ti y cuando en el launcher entro a opciones me figura "placa de video no soportada" o "hardware no soportado" (no recuerdo bien) y me corre el juego supuestamente con la placa de intel, el juego de todas formas corre bien pero al momento de los epicos o guerra sufro bajones de fps y se me hace imposible jugar, queria saber si hay alguna forma de hacerlo correr con la placa de video, muchas gracias

Bueno, paso por acá después de MUCHO tiempo porque me dio curiosidad.

Siempre he notado que Regnum tiene problemas con los equipos que tienen una configuración dual-graphics (normalmente laptops)

En mi caso, Intel HD 4600 + nVidia GeForce 860M (2GB)

Como @Climene, he configurado todo para que tanto el Launcher del juego como el Cliente mismo se ejecuten usando la tarjeta nVidia, pero parece imposible.

Además, también cambié la configuración 3D a modo Rendimiento, en lugar de Calidad, y aún así no pasa de 12 FPS, cuando no debería tener ningún tipo de problema.

Nota: Creo que este problema está reportado hace muchos años, pero aún parece que no hay solución.

Hace varios meses reporté un problema con las gráficas NVIDIA gama "M" de laptop.

Probé en GTX 950M / 960M y ambas no eran detectadas, capturando el juego la genérica intel graphics.

Cuando pueda paso los datos del log, que sigo con el mismo problema, aunque con fps superiores, pero sin poder mejorar la calidad gráfica.

También añado que desde el panel de control NVIDIA hice exactamente lo mismo que el resto de usuarios, para forzar el uso de dedicada incluso detectando el juego via GeForce Experience.

Recientemente adquiri una notebook con la gama M ( M150 para ser mas especifico ) DE 2GB y solo me reconoce el intel hd 620. Alguien ya soluciono esto ?

Panel de Control de Nvidia - Controlar la configuración 3D - Configuración globlal - Procesador Gráfico preferido ---> Nvidia de alto rendimiento.

Ya lo hice y el regnum sigue prefiriendo la integrada a la dedicada y no soy al unico que le pasa, consulte con mas personas con el mismo problema.

La placa es detectada por mi equipo por si queda alguna duda
