Like Znurre and Byteme both said, pick something you enjoy playing. That's really the most important factor.

Choose Barbarian if you like to get face to face with the enemy and hit really, really hard. You are a double-barreled sawed-off shotgun.

Choose Knight if you like to get face to face and withstand huge amounts of damage, wear heavy armor, use a shield and protect your more vulnerabile allies. You are a tank.

Choose Marksman if you like to hit hard from long distance. You are a sniper.

Chose Hunter if you like to be stealthy, hunt by yourself, and escape from difficult situations. You are a ninja.

Choose Warlock if you like doing lots of damage to large groups of enemy. You like tossing hand grenades.

Choose Conjurer if you like to support, heal and resurrect your teammates. You are a medic.
