About this ambush don't tempt me to be back to high lvl stalker EDIT: Just checked it on Amun. Yes recharged doesn't change amount of dmg from dual shot.

I have a question, maybe it's a stupid one but it's been on my mind quite some time so i have to ask.
How does 100% weapon damage work? I thought it means you hit the maximum from the range of normal hits. For example if I have a weapon (fictional) with dmg range 50-100 and another 100 additional dmg from stats and bonuses, then the normal hits would be 150-200 (forget opponent's armor etc.) and 100% weapon dmg would be always 200. But if I play my barb and use Balestra, it hits always less than normal hits. The difference is about 10% (~60 dmg), it looks more like the weapon's minimum. On the other hand Gutting (100% weapon dmg + 175 piercing bonus on lvl 5) seems to work fine and the dmg is properly higher than my normal hits. Can someone please explain it to me?

100% weapon damage should equal your normal hits, but if you use TFB it will be lower since it only effect your normal hits.
You can both hit the highend or lowend of your base damage with a 100% spell, atleast i havent noticed anything else. |

Hm do spells with 100% weapon damage get a random normal hit to count as the weapon value? Or is it a fixed value? If it's a random normal hit, could it possible take the damage value of a critical hit as well?

Yes, random base damage. So no critical hits with spells.
