Probably missed the unstoppable madness
I just dont get your setup flens, why not max out blunt or slashing instead?

My setup would look something like this, preferred weapon guardian mace.

Slashing 11
Blunt 19 - brutal impact 5, rib breaker 3, leathal anatomy 5, mind squasher 5, jaw breaker 3.
Piercing 7
Tactics 15 - feint 3, spring 4, caution 4, trip 3.
2h 15 - TFB 4.
Warcries 19 - frenzy 5, howl 3, overwhelming str 5, onslaught 5, unstoppable madness 3.

My prefered weapon: Abyssal hammer +21 lightening dmg

Slashing 11: South Cross (3).
Blunt 17: Lethal Anatomy (4).
Piercing 19: Agile maneuvers (5), Balestra (3), Versatility (5), Ripost (5), Lightning strike (5)
Tactics 15: Spring (4), Caution (4), Trip (4).
Warcries 19: Frenzy (5), Overwhelming Strength (5), Onslaught (5).
Two Handed Mastery 3: Thirst for Blood (2).

Now i have 108 Strength (with ring and amulet, no armor/weapons bonus .... yet)

I´ll tell you how it work in a few days, when i get used to the new control bar.

PD: How much average damage Forceful blow (5) inflicts ?

This is my current setup. No LV19 areas or Unstoppable madness, but quite effective overall.
I have 26% resistance against all physical damage, Caution LV4 and 700-800 damage with Royal Hammer.

As my fighting style is spawned from Znurre's, I rely heavily on Thirst for blood and Forceful blow.

You should give a try to Abyssal or Dragon Hammer which are way better in my experience from the Royal Hammer which seems only good on fort doors.

You simply choose the best (IMO).
