Cool cool. I went with warrior... for now. Sorta disappointed in the small selection of classes... being an old DAoC vet and all.

Yeah yeah i know what you mean , i used to be a long time daoc player too ( mentalist then banshee and warlock for catacombs ) and i had some troubles with class tree in Regnum , BUT! don't forget that Regnum classes are WAY more versatile than the ones in daoc , actually there are 6 classes in regnum (archetype til lvl 10 then 2 classes for each archetype ) but numerous specializations that give many gameplay issues .. a conjurer can be a healer , a buffer/debuffer , a nuker/stunner , a pet specialist .. a warlock can be a pure nuker , a snare user , a necromancer etc .. there are so way more spells than daoc , you will see soon we'll own horses as well , potions etc.. siyoo ! |

Since you guys need only one more I have a level 24 inactive mage that I can use to help you guys with forming the clan if you post a time in which I can get on. I won't randomly log in to check though.
That way the clan can be formed and grow. I stopped playing because of burn out and knowing that a character wipe would not be fun so I planned to wait until after they wiped characters again. However, if a clan led to hanging out with people then I might give it a go.

Is it just me or is combat really slow - can't really move around that much? And why is there no strafing? I tend to get stuck in doorways all the time cause of this.

Not really slow at killing, per say... But the whole combat system seems rather tedious and slow.
I found the archer to be slow at killing... more so than the warrior. |
