this is probrably a dumb suggestion, but I get rid of the overheating problem by balancing my laptop on top of two books

Did same with my old one.
For keyboard problem, does it not react at all?
Had this problem on my old laptop too, solved it by reloading default bios. (Removing all power sources and holding power button for more than one minute : this is the way to reload it on most laptop)

Haha, yeah, but my laptop has no ventilation holes on the bottom so placing it on books would be rather pointless. ;-)

And it is overheating even if I just have normal work programs opened (open office, instant messenger, web browser etc.)

About keyboard and mouse - I do rarely work at desk at home (I got enough of that at work). ;-)

And no, it is not a goodbye thread per se, actually many people emails me and asks when I will be back (I thought no one will care), so I just drop some info.

Hm, I did not understood the part about ignis and alsius.

It is usualy me who harvest RP on my hunter. :P
