Can try to speed up loading by setting
cl_terrain_load_radius=1
cl_mapobject_load_radius=1
in game.cfg (Will decrease amount of terrain and object that needs to be loaded) and put all normal options to lowest values in launcher options.

Eniooo, Well the problem is i cant relog too, so that aint a option too, i have to close in bad way cause i cant do anything then
i putted on save modus now and lowest settings, its better now
