Can't really complain about this one. And you guys know I love to complain about events.

This one is pretty simple , has no exploits (I can see) and with just a bit of effort, can be completed. Sure the end is a tad anti-climatic but , what can you do?

As for the premium , well I have suggested them in some form or fashion over the years so I would be a hypocrite to speak ill of them now.
Adding new dances I think is a nice addition and one I suggested ages ago. Plus it is not a must have item. There is room for more premium emotes and dances. It does not break anything.

I tried the double chance loot booster. I would say it is very effective. Don't go expecting epics or anything but the rate is quite acceptable considering the low cost. I was able to drop a nice assortment of specials within the hour I used it. The triple should be better still.
Gold booster is fine. Some classes won't need it but for some who are always in need like melee classes, it is a welcome addition.
Again , this is not a must have as you can either try the loot one or the gold one and reap the benefits of resale. Optionally, you can grind naked. At least these are not ones that hurt the game.

The prices are pretty cheap.

Events are coordinated with all of the partners to be released at the same time, which means that contractually you have to deliver them on time, like it or not.

Answer me this question....Why not notify us before time? Players can be prepared for it. Do you know what was the reaction of the players when I logged in?(Maybe News & Notifications?)

If you notify the players like a week before, players can be prepared. Maybe you meant events to be surprises. I love surprises...but they can turn into the wrong way.

Somehow I disagree with some of this. I did not see that reaction at least in Ignis. If some players had that position I think it was more a knee jerk reaction to another surprise event. I logged in very soon after it went live and saw a fair amount of activity. Forts were changing hands quite regularly until it seems some realised that they were not dropping ingots off enemies. (maybe an oversight as this was advertised)
I was in the swamp and had to fend off several attacks and had to help out as well. It was quite entertaining. I saw several players that had not logged on in a while which was nice. I don't think it "fucked up wars" . Well, no more than when NGD offers the weekend XP bonuses. Still, you have a choice to either:
War and ignore the event.
Hunt those trying to grind the gold ingots.
Participate in the event.

Besides, with a little effort, you can complete this quest quite readily. I did so quite fast with the aid of the cheaper loot chance scroll. Without it , the quest is a bit more taxing but not so much that you can't finish in a few hours worth of work.

It is not perfect but it is not by a long shot the worst one they ever did. The Valentine's day one holds that award. (It will probably never be surpassed either).
My only complaint if any at all is that it was not nicely advertised so as to gain more people coming in. Yes, a little lead time and advertising could have helped. But, in the end , the Ximerin sale will aid that.

I do like the new update, I wanna see if I can drop some more amzing stuff on my conj
(I noticed I drop more 'good' stuff on my conj.. see if that gets better/faster )

Also the event is simple, we finally grinded (at least I did.. so long I forgot how boring it was )

First everyone was whining Ngd didn't do anything to make things more fun for us, now they try to give us something fun (this event) and people don't appreciate the work they did for you, they are a small company and yet they deliver such great teamwork and above all a Free to Play MMORPG. Be happy, Im sure these guys do their best.
