Non-mage classes & Casting speed

Is there a limit to a non-mage class about how much CS he can have? I have a 9cs lb which is great with my 4cs pauldrons. But I heard you can only recieve 5cs from it. Is that true?

i noticed that my casting speed caps out at around 10 or 11 % anything higher than that doesnt seem to help

You mean, even if someone collects many items with large cs-bonus, it can not be summed like in the simulation from my previous post? That means, there is no such possibility for hunters to have 40-50% additional cs?

I noticed lately that if you can time casts good you can save time from casting animations.

For example on mages if you cast a spell and next one is casted on a middle of the staff swing you save good time portion. If you cast spell after this point next cast does full staff swing.

I do not know if this is possible on other classes.

I don't think so. I, as a marksman, don't have much big spells which needs a long casting time. So the difference is minimal to me. Although even for Def. Portal I barely see a difference. In all I can have 13%cs and it's barely useful. I just have it to say, maybe I can cast Ambush faster than my enemy. Still I don't know if there is a limit to cs a non-mage class can recieve...

I can have over 18% casting speed on my hunter.

The casting times you see from people that seem crazy fast are due to pre cast bugs. There is a way to run and cast all skills. There is a way to speed cast all skills. The main reason I dont use my cs 11% shortbow is because my cs 7% shortbow is the same speed with all my other items. On average I have 12% casting speed at all times.

I know that due to lags and server delays the reality you see on the screen has sometimes nothing to do with the real shape of things, but ...
In a situation when i meet and pvp 10-20 different archers (marks and hunters) everyday and everything is pretty fine and only encounters with ONE hunter who suddenly apperared from out of nowhere a few days ago are very strange because of the extraordinary fast cs ... well, it makes me highly suspicious.

If so, that's me and I'll reply with a video quite soon lol. I only have like 3% CS, but it's when tree hugging I think. Also, I've been around for a while. XD

Honestly, i don't know what i could reply to you.
One basic thing i learnd since i'm active on this forum is: When you have no proof, better shut the f**k up.

If you don't abuse any illegal methods, i guess nothing will change and we will meet in the wz again and again.
If you do, sooner or later you will join hun and some other smart guys on the cheaters cemetery.

I mean, a syrtis friend told me about this thread and said they heard you talking about me in relation to it lol. Basically, when you're around a tree, and one person comes from one side to the other, you continue to cast the speed through the tree, if that makes sense. It's not cheating, it just happens.. if you don't continue past the other side of the tree, i can't hit you with it, though. It's kind of hard to explain, but i'm not using any cheating methods, honest.
