fine for a laptop. not for a gaming rig.

Poor performance per watt, missing CPU instructions, lack of CPU cache and not enough cores or clock rate. Very few Celeron series CPUs where woth getting over the years, and those only because they just happened to have the right multiplier rate to make them really good overclockers if you bought a good mobo and cooling and didn't have the money for a decent CPU.
