The way it was explained to me was in the description when you hover over them.

On NGD based accounts, they all say "could have secondary effects".

However, on the GameSamba based accounts, the bad ones say "could have side effects.

Thats is how you tell the difference.

To be able to sort them it has to be your first time doing the event.

These methods do not work on Steam accounts but I have found bad chocolates help you heal faster.

All methods mentioned dont work this year, idk about GS accounts / steam accounts.

and all players I have seen using only good choco's I'm sure are ngd accounts.

FYI: As far as I can tell, this IS correct. Have a GS account toon sort your goodies.

Reported 593265326 times over several years, never any fixes or even temp bans. I recommend not playing during events.

There are other ways to sort them. However I choose not to use them ways because its unfair.
