I'm okay with an account-bound restriction on transfer. 35 47.95%

Worked fine on my end, only thing is that costumes/mounts/equipment on skillbars disappear. But its not a big deal. Power tomes are fixed too

Thank you! Everything looks fine other than as Ichi mentioned,spells and items disappear from spell bar but that doesn't look like a big deal at all.

Yes, it would be more work to fix the character profile (as it is binary data, not simple rows or such) with new IDs. We don't want to delay this any longer.

Also, please try to take a look into every detail, everything you can imagine. We want to open transfers with this properly tested and fixed.
