I have 2 characters in Syrtis (Haven) en 2 characters in Ignis (Ra) on this same account. I would like to transfer those on Syrtis (Haven) to Ignis (Ra).

What do I have to do?

If you read already it's been posted numerous times, you can't transfer from 1 realm to another, only way you can use both if Ngd support divides your toons to another account. Try to look up, this has been addressed already.

Besides the fact that the question was directed to ADRIAN, I think you should read again what he posted some time ago more carefully. He said, and I quote:

"Transferring a character of one realm to another server that already has characters in other realm will not be possible. Either you delete all your characters in the destination server or we try to find a solution, but it will not be giving the chance to have an account with characters in different servers. This was a mistake in the past and will never happen again"

Observe the underlined "or we try to find a solution". And that's what I want to know from Adrian.

Besides the fact you asked actually asked to have your Syrtis toons to be transfered to Ignis is absurd. Im positive he said that the toons will either be removed to other account or you will have to choose to delete one side of the toons. Being able to transfer toons from 1 realm to other should be forbidden.

"As I mentioned before, they will not be able to be transferred if there are already characters of another realm in the other server. We're still seeing what we will do about it. Maybe allow a transfer to another account, but we make no promises at all."

Observe that this is a public forum and anyone can post on anything.
