after awhile, im on the fence about this,

dont get me wrong..i LOVE having the chance to get my class drops for my painful grinding..

but on the other hand, i can no longer profit off selling drops i find for other classes (unless it sucks and i dont want it..but who would then?) so i cannot help find my knight friends armor, or bows..etc.,.so i dont know how this will affect the trade in ro longterm.

well i personally like this i use to like dropping for other classes in hopes of making a trade with others.. but these days anyone who has anything for my class thats valuable is selling it for Epic Items or 100+ magna..

guess it was a bug, finally something everyone liked, and ngd was quick to take it away..think they lowered rates more again too.

I am disappointed about the change (maybe bugfix) itself and the communication about it. I'd also have liked to read some quick official statement, instead of just reprogramming it.

Finally Leveling was not longer a stupid thing. I killed 10, 50, 100, 500 mobs and after each kill, it was exciting to watch the log for a drop, in case of looting something, open the inventory and move the mousecursor over the new item. All this because it was equipable (...soon... in that case, even more motivation to kill those mobs, reach the new level to wear the thing). Most I found was "&%$§", in fact there was only one nice special-item in about 1 million ep, but the time ran like hell and the mobs died one after the other, without me even recognizing, that it was leveling.

Now it's back to the old dropsystem and I found some mage items. I don't need them. Now leveling is pain again. Chance is about six times lower now, that i find something for my marks. I was so motivated to make my 50 before Christmas. This change, combined with "just" 20% Xim-Bonus lets me rethink my goal. Next Char should have been a Knight. The view to loot my own shields, weapons and armour, made it a nice idea. But maybe I level a conjurer to 50 soon, just for farming, like so many others do. And who needs boost at the levelingspeed of a conju? If I have a conju, I can trade supporting for supporting; even less need of boost.

P.s.: If NGD changed it back, because they sold less lucky-boxes, they should think about the fact, that many players were waiting for the Xim-Bonus.


EDIT: I forgot one point...

I want some nice equipment at level 50 (no uber-epic-stuff, just let's say one item '4% attack speed' one item '100 mana' one item '4-5 dexterity'). With the old and now reinstalled dropsystem, i can't use boost between level 45 and 50, because i have to kill a huge number of monsters, to get these items. As it was the last few days, the drop chance for marks-items was about six times higher, so I can easily live with killing half or a third of mobs, meaning still double the chance of getting what i want (hope you can follow my german middle school - long time ago lessons - english).
And I don't use boost to avoid the pain of leveling, if it means either buying lucky-boxes at level 50, or trade with some 13 year old guys for incredible sums of magna. Such things bore me and bring me in a bad mood, which meens less Regnum, Portemonnaye closed. Otherwise, if I'm happy, I spend money (fast leveling, dropping useful things). It's a psychological effect: People spend more money, as long as they have a smile on their face

I know to many player loosing items because of looting things that shouldn't be looted, so I rather ask NGD a simple question, before wasting my time farming and loose all my looted items.

No I don't play on Horus. Try Niflheim instead if you want to kill me for my words
I play 6 chars in alsius there. So if you want some, come get some.

why would you ask? NGD wouldnt waste there time taking items away from this. wtf are you thinking?
