Character Transfers are available! - Page 4

So far i know 2 people from my clan that have problems with transfering their chars both are warlocks.

I've not played for a long time, because my whole clan moved server and I couldnt afford to level new chars. Can I have all 3 of my chars migrated on this account? It gives me an error when I try. Thanks!

Do you have enough space left at Horus for another character? If you have, you should mail to customer@ngdstudios.com.ar and wait until they look into your case.

I found a small error.

The transfered chars are still in the RA rankings.
I think they should be removed from the RA rankings and only appear in the Horus rankings.

Also, transferred charachers remain on your friends list, on RA.

One thing I noticed when transferring my warlock from Ra to Horus:

Transfer using the domain regnumonline.com.ar fails with Error: undefined.

Transfer using the domain regnumonlinegame.com transfers the character successfully.

So if it fails for you, be sure to check the domain, it might help^

It's like that for ages. If you delete a char, it's still in database and then in rankings.

You can take a look at my warlock I created on Ignis/Nemon (Nel)

I deleted her in february to switch to Alsius, but she's still the #14 best Ignis warlock with 1 rp.

In fact, every chars are never deleted in database. With transfer, they are just disabled and copyed into the new server.
Moreover, that way you can restore a deleted character.

hey im from england and i wanna play on horus server but i live in colombia and i cant enter to horus server.. i wanna transfer my characters but i cant!

so plz say to me what i need to do

i dont speak very well the spanish :S
