Event - The Purple Fever!

Cool idea, co-operation is a good thing and needs more life inner for new players to stay.

Yeah this event sucks, by the time I logged on, all the spiders were dead, so all I got was infected, so i had to run to gate, get quest, run to alt, then back to gate, then find 5 mushrooms then i finally got my HP back, but then we had dumbasses in ignis running around TRYING to spread the damn fever, pissed me off so I logged off tell me when its over i'm not coming back until it is.


BTW if this was to create cooperation it was a complete fail, i didn't see any "low lvl - high lvl interaction" all i got out of it is, screwed over in WZ and then had to run around and fend for myself. Besides we would have to have an actual population for there to be a "low lvl - high lvl interaction" because almost all the low lvl toons are just alternates of high lvl players

Clans are what cause low lvl - high lvl interaction, not stupid events, if it wasn't for clan chat only time a low lvl player in inner realm gets to talk with a high lvl player is if they are coming in to pick up WM quests, or reskill but thats for all of ooooh 2 minutes maybe.

I duno I found the whole thing to be annoying not fun at all, enough that I actually posted about it and I NEVER get on these forums, so that should tell you in of itself how much I disliked it.

Do people know that, after the quests, they have a nice potion to heal themself each time they are infected ?

And? You can do it only once, and medicine only lasts 10min.

After you did that quest once, you have to run all over the realm to find someone who still has a medicine available to cure you.

If no one has, then good luck to fight with -35% of your hp.

What will happen when everyone will will use potion and there will be no one to cure? Hello invasion? -.- Stupid event...

That more than anything else in this event pissed me off in a big way. Imagine my supposed allies are actually more debilitating to me on purpose than my opponents. I actually found my self having to mount horse and literally run away from certain individuals in my own realm to actually keep my HP intact and prevent infection.

After a while I went and shacked up in the mountains because there was no medicine left and all they were doing was trying to infect people by going AFK while infected by the event quest NPCs and all around the realm gate/Altaruk / Medenet. So I had to exit via the portal at Allahed beach and could not come back in. Eventually, I was forced to fight in the warzone with 3200~HP after being intentionally infected over 13 times.

I don't blame NGD for this. Even I could not have imagined how retarded this could become due to actions of some in the name of fun. I simply logged after that. I will try to come back and hope the IQ of Ignis rises by that time.

I got cured and logged off quickly right after.

I don't know if I will log in again, because we don't know when this event will end.
I remember all those dudes asking for kisses after Valentine event because they were still cursed and cannot fight with -100% hit chance.

I bet on a new bug right after event:
"Hey NGD, I still have purple fever on my char, but medicine is not available anymore. Could you remove it please ?"
then... waiting for reply from NGD ticket system.

That is the fun
Actualy i made same think ,tryng to infect ppl to make this event more interesting.
So what if my realm get invadet,so what if i have low hp?At least to have fun.
