Comics become more and more vulgar and dirty. At first there was a storyline, humor. They was beautiful!

And now there are just disgusting pictures of gay scenes and drawn porn.

Why do you make cult of sex, Piz? What is going on with you?
Where is your healthy view on sex?

I can't stay the same all the time. It's impossible, only cow doesn't change its mind.
Maybe it became more vulgar and dirty, I'd say it's just reflecting what I meet in Regnum
Gay scenes? Drawn porn? First of all, gay is only when the balls touch. ;] it was for fun. Many people liked it, it wasn't serious. Drawn porn? Well I haven't drawn the porn comic yet, can you explain that bit?

Cult of sex? There wouldn't be life without sex. Sex is something we meet every day in every magazine, in tv, in the books, in games, in internet. Sex can be fun. It can be a source of pleasure, jokes and a bit of laugh. If you're so serious about sex, go read something serious, it's a comic about my friends, we share laughs.

In the first post of this thread I stated clearly, and I keep it on the website: I made this comic for my friends. Turned out many other people liked it. If you don't find it funny anymore, well I can't make people do stuff. I can't make you like everything. I don't expect everyone to laugh at the nerd jokes I put in the comic, I don't expect everyone to laugh at the gay jokes, I don't expect everyone to laugh at the game jokes.

I do understand your point, but I have a counter-point. I'm not the same person I was 4 years ago. The humour and my friends changed too. My own life experience became less full of joy, so the comic turns perhaps a bit despoiled of childish happiness, now filled with harsh and sometimes sarcastic jokes.

It also consists on what happened here, with the community. Edge was banned, all my old friends left the game, I made new ones. It's all different now, the comic just can't possibly be the same.





To cheer you up:
There are some serious parts of the plot coming. But the overall idea of the comic is to bring laugh. The sex, well I won't draw sex, but there's more love prepared, not only with Josephine. I am in long term relationship myself, the healthy view on sex is there, I just don't have to express it everywhere, right? :]

wikipedia says: Pornography or porn is the portrayal of explicit sexual subject matter for the purposes of sexual excitement and erotic satisfaction.

Well I am sure you haven`t such purpose. But words "for the purposes of sexual excitement and erotic satisfaction" were added to this therm lately. Just check older dictionaries. I did it. So I count it like porno.

There will not be life without food, air, water. But as you noticed we see sex jokes everywhere. EVERYWHERE! That is why I think that we have healthy view on air and water and sick view on sex.

I met people for whom jokes about feces is a cause for I hour of laugh. For me it evidence about thier low IQ.

Piz, you`ve understood my point. I was trying to explain my honest opinion and nothing more. There are several "awesome'ical" posts in this thread from me. But as you noticed times changes. And several last pages from comic looks for me unpleasant.

Of course the comic has changed.. Piz himself said he had grown up a bit, his view on life is different. So give him peace.

And as you may have noticed, NGD have dramatically changed the characters in the game, and i think Piz has kept up with the times on that fact.

I know you hear this alot, but really, keep up with the good work with the comic Piz, you truly are a great artist

It really depends, drawing a sexual act, including penis and vagina would be porno. I haven't drawn them in the comic. What I've drawn I think would be rather considered sexual than porno, but that's a subject for a debate and that's unnecessary here :P

I think your view is a bit crooked, not EVERY little person has a sick view on sex, you're generalising. I find it fun, beautiful, a normal activity for a human too. Just like swimming or eating. Now, sex in entertainment and comic, not as a porn but as a joke is quite ok for me. You have a different view, I understand it, but it's my act of creation and if something is wrong for you, then your choice is to read or not to read ;]

If the pages look unpleasant to you, as for me whole anime looks like that, then you can just click the "x" button. It's a shame a person stops reading my stuff, but that's life, some other will start reading it and maybe enjoy.

Also, you seem a very serious person. of course 1 hour of feces jokes is a abit too much, but this year I am making an animation about insects living in a poop, creating a sculpture from it. There can be smart fun and there can be dumb fun. If I am doing dumb fun in the comic for you, just don't read it ;]
