Problems with gift xim system, again...
Since this thread was closed, I had to make a new one.
We have pretty much the same problem as it was described in that post, someone would like to gift xim to me but cannot, getting all time some kind of error "ERR_GIFT_2".... Since you lose money until it gets fixed I really hope that the reply will be just as fast as for Ava de Kedavra... You can PM me too Adrian if you want, Thanks in advance! |

After the merge, we're having trouble with Ra's database. In order to keep the game working, some connections can't be made to Ra's database.
I think today we will have this sorted out. Can't say it for sure but we're on it. The priority is for the game not to have problems with the DB. |

It's because your gift purchase has to have a "sender". The website is unable to find your characters because for some reason it's trying to find them in Ra.
Please send me a PM telling me with which account you're trying to gift and which character in Haven. |

Well Adrian, I don't know whether you got my message or not, I wrote even two of them but can't see /find it in "Sent items" , maybe it's bugged too?
EDIT: Shall I try to send it from a friend's forum account? Last edited by Kimahri_Ronso; 09-27-2013 at 01:49 PM. |

Thanks Adrian for the fix, whatever you did it worked now!!
I'd suggest you to not to close this thread like the other one, we can use it for future troubles such as this . |
