cant get passed the update page

or what i assume is the update page, i log in, the screen changes says exit, options, and play at the bottom, play is not an activated button. blue loading bar comes up, once it gets to 2093 kb / 2172 it closes, and just starts doing it all over again. checked firewall, regnum has full access as well as any thing having to do with regnum. any ideas?

ok open the ngd studios folder....
open the regnum online folder
open the live server folder

DELETE everything but the file that says
d3dx9_31.ll

Reload regnum

Probem solved....
