Finally learning Spanish

Well, after playing and learning a lot of Spanish in game I decided it was time for me to learn some. I am taking a semester at college, and already love it!! I think it is a blast and I will probably end up minoring in Spanish now. I have only been two days, so I have not learned too much yet but I have learned that the definite articles are el, los-la, las and the indefinite articles are un, unos- una, unas. Playing Regnum since November has really helped me get a foundation in the Spanish language. I already know a lot of vocabulary and was happy to help my class mates out today. One ask what was lucky, and I knew right away it was suerte!! I have also been reading my Spanish/English dictionary to try and learn some new words.

In conclusion, I think that I will greatly enjoy Spanish. See, I did not complain when many did not speak English when the game was in beta. I made friends that taught me so much, and I just wanted to tell them I was truly great full. Not being able to understand the Syrtis chat at all when I first started playing the game caused me to learn, but that is and will not be enough. I want to be able to communicate, and I will learn because I hate being left out. Well, stay tuned as I learn and thrive. hehe, byessss!!

Congrats.

I admire your knowledge hungry.

The lessons are great but you would try to do a trip in spain.

Is a good country to do tourism and i will be glad of give you a tour.

I said it before, I love your attitude! We spend lots of time in this game but we are not losing it, I am so happy to see you doing things like that! In my case I am practising my english more than ever!

Same here... I've learned Spanish from just watching and the help of the English speaking Spanish players. I've gotten to the point I can understand about 75-80% of the conversations. Still not very good at communicating to my allies in Spanish but did learn ACA. Typically my phrase is: "Mi Espanol es muy mal, lo siento" Still learning and thanks to all those who have taken the time to teach me, Mucho gracias!

me alegra saber q alguien siente tanto interes en aprender mi idioma, si sigues asi vas a hablar castellano mejor q varios de nosotros

felicitaciones y si tienes duda para algun examen ponete a jugar al ROL!!

hehe, had to translate that, but eventually it will come to me. It will take some years for me to speak the language well, but it will happen.
