You cannot cast that spell. It's recharging.

hmm...it looks fully recharged to me. I don't know if it is lag but I don't think it is. If there is a bit of lag, my conju hangs for a bit then catches up on the staff shooting. Even after the catch-up, and running for something like 10-20 seconds, it still says "You cannot cast that spell. It's recharging"

What the hell?? The spell is clearly ready to go and has been for the past while...I even have time to kill a couple of monsters before it finally lets me use the spell.

What sucks the most is that I want to heal myself or others and get killed by others when I "cannot cast spell" because "It's recharging."

Anyone else experiencing this?

I've had it happen a couple of times with the new patch. You can use "/unlock_powers". That seems to work most of the time.

this goes hand in hand with a serious lag improvement since the patch.
this behaviour isnt new but its highly annoying and should definatly be worked on
