I have the same problem! It started with the 169.04 beta-driver, and the problem still exists on the 169.07 driver.

What files are needed for troubleshooting?

Is this a Regnum-related problem, or a driver-related problem? (That is: should I file a bug here, or at some NVIDIA-site?).

The newest Driver did not work for me too. It froze the X server regularly. I went back to 100.14.19, although the changelog sounds nice :/
But I did not have those graphic bugs with the new Nvdia driver.

Really if you don't like having problems, keep a stable driver... i almost never crash, nor get graphical bugs etc. Even older than Myxir's one

Same graphic bugs for me with 169.04 and 169.07.
Geforce 7950gt runs fine with 100.14.23.
Geforce 7200go (shared memory) in a turion x2 notebook stable with new legacy 96.43.01.
OS on both sytems ubuntu 7.10 32bit version.

Yes, of course I could go back to one of the working drivers, but there's still a problem with the newest driver. And for those who have no alternatives (like those with a GeForce 8800GT, which isn't supported by any driver older than the 169.04 beta-driver) there's a problem that has to be solved.

BTW, the 169.07 is supposed to be a stable driver, at least in the sense of release status.

Try playing openarena or supertuxkart (or even ppracer ) and check if you have such texture problems, then you'll know if it's really the driver or not.

The problem exists only in Regnum. Well, rather: the problems doesn't exist in any other game I have played..
