When they will fix this> I waited half our to look for avaible player characters. After that I choose my character and wait another half our to enter the game. And when I enter the game I see just this:

That's database lags.
NGD have officialy announced in the spanish forums that they will put in a new database server, so we can only hope for this situation to improve.
