Default Wow, another chump case

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/us_tec_music_downloading

$80,000 per song? Isn't that ridiculous for a mother of 4?
Instead of charging insane amounts of money out of people they could be working on stopping music from getting out in the first place. Like working on better CD encryption.

omg thats bullshit, im sure the music industry make more then enough cash, in my opinion there is nothing rong with sharing and getting music for free... soon at this rate people will be getting sued for listening to a song without paying for it, even if some guy was playing it out in the middle of the street...

Indeed, I find it funny that they pick out anyone they see fit and accuse them. When in reality most of the jury probably has music on their computers too. I guess the RIAA is just throwing out these insane values wherever they can, but its a fight they cannot win.

I just find it sad they charge out insane amounts of money for people who have no way in hell of paying it.

If you can hear it, you can copy it.

And yeah, it is insane to charge THAT much.
