Restart quest?

Is it possible to restart a quest?

In one of the first quests I needed to take a note from Acael to Annanda Silverfinder, but I lost the note

I cancelled the quest, but is there a way to restart it?

how did you loose a quest item ?

please tell me - i have a stack of quest items that just won't die, even though the quests are long done.

I'd love to know how to kill them

u can´t kill them, but u can redo the quest
