Bum availability in the NGD invoice
The phone number where NGD would be available is in the invoice: + 46455213412 and the e-mail is customer@ngdstudios.com.ar.
This is not fair: you never pick up the phone and never ansver the mails. This is a deceit of your customers. Fix those please as in a correct invoice needed. |

I don't think the email is in use, regnumonline.com/support is the new support system.
Of course, the website is hopelessly outdated in some parts and requires to be actualisated.

there are so many things wrong with NGD's support system, the best advice i could give you is to give up. because they will very seldom actually help you.

id say use the support system but my ticket is nearly 3months old so maybe like hamster says give up

customer@ngdstudios.com.ar hasn't been used since the ticket system was launched last September. You can find this ticket system at the official site.

There is no support. Kailer said himself in a thread that there are tons of unanswered tickets. Several of my tickets haven’t been answered as well. Though NGD moderators and employees like Zombrex encourage you to use the system, it’s pointless. In my opinion, they don’t have the man power in their company to sort and fix the rapid accumulation of tickets from both Ra and Horus. Perhaps if their game was a lot more stable they could, but since bugs are so common and problems likely to occur, they aren’t enough.
I could be wrong, but I doubt it

As we speak we are trying to solve the answered tickets issue. I´m really understand all the anger you have regarding this matter. But, please, believe me when I tell you that this is going to be fixed. Have a little more patience.
