Hello Krushkarkas,

If I recall correctly, your problem was related to the "http_retriever not ready" message.

This could be a network issue. Some questions:
- Do you have a firewall active? If so, which one?

You need to allow the following ports to pass-through your firewall:
- TCP: 80, 47300, 48000, 48001
- UDP: 9660

i get 2 "grant access" requests from mcafee i allow both then it goes to
black screen white type and stops.
i downloaded the new installer deleted old and it still stops at what ever i said it does before
http retriever is ready - i think thats what i had said before regards

try running in windowed mode - this could be as simple as mcafee throwing up another dialog that can't be displayed because the game is in full screen ?

how do i start in windows mode?
is it a setting in options?
when i click play it automaticly goes to fullscreen

Press "Options" in the launcher.
You'll find an option to enable/disable windowed mode.

ok i went to options and dont see the "enable/disable windows"
in the list. dont know why, its just not there.
but i did disable my firewall completly to check if its the problem.
and game started. i shut down right away becuase i dont what to run without the firewall.
i will try to put the 2 port#'s in manually thx for help
