Ximmerin on Wrong acount
I bought Ximmerin as a gift to one of my other accounts, i logged on and I still dint have my xim so i logged on and saw that i got my ximmerin on the account that I ordered with. I don't play that account anymore. Im sure that i bought for
my other account because it asked me if i was sure that i wanted to buy it for that charracter that i sellected. i havent used any of the ximmerin so could NGD please move the ximmerin. I can give you the name of the acount anytime. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Please submit a ticket on www.regnumonlinegame.com/support in the Customer department to enable NGD to assist you better. Please provide as much details as possible when submitting the ticket. Information that would be important are listed below: - The account in which the Ximerin went to would be useful. - The account in which the Ximerin should have gone to. - The transaction number given by PayPal. - Any other information you think relevant. You must use your forum account details to log-in to the support system. It's likely that NGD will ask for additional information to verify some stuff. Regards, |
