Problems With game

Hi, I am having a lot of problems lately, and seems the only solution is to re-install the game, every time I want to play.What can be the cause of this? I excluded the game from Anti-virus softwares but when I try to play the game again it says: "ROLauncher is not working properly". What can I do to solve this?

Is there an option for your anti-virus program to be shutted down entirly??
