ROLauncher Error

Heya,
I've encountered this problem today. At first I re-installed the game, and I solved the problem.
Now it appears again, and I can't everytime I wanna play, I have to re-install. I troubleshoot it. it gives me this error

"Can not enumerate files in directory '.\LogFiles\WMI\RtBackup' (error 5: access is denied.)"

I can start up, enter my pass and when I select enter game world, the launcher seems to freeze at "Connecting... Checking Firewall"

EDIT: Well I tried re-installing the game as before...now the same happens stuck at "Connecting...Check Firewall..."

Just a wild stab in the dark, but can you try giving the group everyone full access to that directory? I don't have Windows, so from memory I think it'll be something like right-click, properties, security, add, group everybody, then tick read/write/modify/change.

Well there were 4 users...things...I ticked all the available options, still doesnt work.

Launching as an admin gives the same results.

I'm just gonna try re-download the game, normally that solves everything

You'd think, yeah, but not necessarily. At work, I've seen some applications, even when installed as administrator, create a temp install folder in C:\, then fail with an access denied. The only work-around I could find was to wait until the folder was created, then add extra access rights to it. This is one of the reasons I don't use Windows at home any more; it's too glitchy.

Well believe it or not I re-downloaded the game and so far it works, hopefully it will remain working.
