Hi,

I cant remember what email i used to make my account. Is there a way to know what email i used?

Hi,

For security reasons there is no way to actually know the e-mail address associated with the account. Because of this you may submit a ticket to the support system under the "Support" department and provide the following information to update your account information:

- Name and last name
- DOB
- Photo ID (This is important to verify identity)
- E-mail you want on the account

This information should help when submitting the ticket and will enable NGD to assist you better.
